Roasted Pears with Yoghurt, Honey & Pecans

Roasted Pears can be a super simple & healthy dessert! They are baked until warm and soft, completely infused with honey and spices, and topped with nuts of your choice. This recipe is a nice example of how simple ingredients can be transformed to a healthy and delicious dessert. It's pretty epic!

Can I replace some ingredients?

Of course you can! This recipe is quite flexible. You can adjust the ingredients according to your taste. Replace pears with your favorite fruit, for example with apples or peaches. You can also use maple syrup instead of honey. I used pecans for this recipe, but walnuts is a great choice too. Greek yoghurt is one of my favs, but during summertime feel free to enjoy this recipe with vanilla ice cream.
