Healthy Chocolate Cups

Do you need a healthy sweet treat?? Then try these easy yet delicious and healthy Chocolate Cups with Dried Apricots plus Walnuts.

Ingredients (for 12 pieces)

500 gr. Dark Chocolate (good quality)

A fistful of Dried Apricots, finely chopped

A fistful of Grated Walnuts

Method Steps

  • Place cupcake papers in a muffin pan and set aside.

  • Melt the chocolate over a bain marie.

  • Add apricots and walnuts and stir.

  • Place 2 tbsp of mixture into each muffin case.

  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Enjoy your healthy sweet treat!


You can replace apricots and walnuts with your favourite nuts and dried fruits.
