Dark Chocolate Ice Cream (4 Ingredients)
Make your own rich, thick, creamy Dark Chocolate Ice Cream with only 4 ingredients! A sweet treat that you just can't get enough! It has the deep, silky-smoth richness of dark chocolate without any of the bitterness. Every bite is a chocoholic's dream! No ice cream maker is required for this quick and easy dark chocolate ice cream recipe.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Freezing Time: 5 hours
250 gr. dark chocolate
400 gr. sweetened condensed milk
250 gr. whipping cream
1 tbsp. orange liquor (Cointreau)
Cut dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a ben marie. Add sweetened condensed milk and simmer, while stirring often, until completely melt.
When chocolate melts, remove from heat. Add orange liquor and stir until combined. Set aside to cool and stir often, so that no skin forms on top.
In a mixer's bowl or in a bowl add whipping cream and beat (with the mixer's whisker or with a hand mixer) until white and fluffy.
Gradually add whipping cream to the bowl with the chocolate and using a spatula stir smoothly to combine.
Place the mixture to a loaf tin, cover with plastic wrap and make sure it touches the surface of the mixture.
Place ice cream in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Remove ice cream from the freezer and remove plastic wrap. If desired add some topping. Serve and enjoy!
