FAQs

Can I freeze this dish? No, it is not recommended. There is a possibility for the cream to split.

Can I add less garlic? Yes you can, if you don't want an intense taste of garlic.

How do I clean mushrooms? It is not recommended to wash them, because they have the property to absorb liquids (like a sponge). The best way to clean them (and not to wash them!) is by using a pastry brush, to wipe off any gross bits.
